SMAANZ HDR Hour - Tools to Tackle your PhD

Please join us for our SMAANZ HDR Hour Hour session on Friday, October 8th, at 2 pm AEDT.  This session will feature University of Canberra PhD Student Stirling Sharpe and a professional development session delivered by Alida Shanks.

Stirling Sharpe will present his PhD research and seeks to assess the impact of Federal Government policy on how match officials are managed in non-professional sports. Stirling will be presenting the foundation for the research, methods, and some preliminary results from his first study.

Tools to Tackle your PhD

Alida Shanks will be sharing a range of tried and tested tools to help tackle your PhD. From note-taking and mind mapping to managing drafts and To-Do lists to sorting your literature database, there will be something here to help make your PhD life a little bit easier!

Further details including RSVP and access information are detailed below.  Alternatively, you can RSVP to join the event here.

Following success in 2020, we are once again using HopIn to run this series. We encourage you to create a HopIn profile including a profile image, and social links so we can create a vibrant HDR Community.   It is a very short process and your account will allow you to easily join/engage in other sessions throughout the series. If you have issues with HopIn, please email info@smaanz.org
